Long Resistance Bands

Long Resistance Bands work in a similar way to free weights, but have a few key differences. Like barbells, dumbbells, and any other gym free weights, resistance bands provide resistance that the muscles need to work against to grow. You need to use your muscles to cope with tension when you’re pushing against a resistance band at a workout.

Long Resistance Bands work differently from free weights in the sense that they do not rely on gravity as they do. In fact, you’re working only against the band. In that sense, it might not sound complicated but indicates that you workout against resistance throughout all of your exercise, not just while you’re working against gravity.
